This was what the convener of the Woman and Half initiative , Mrs Chile Frank Udemgba declared as she and her partners, Mrs Ini Abimbola, Founder, Thistle Praxis Consulting Limited and Mrs Rashidat Adebisi, Chief Client Officer at Axa Mansard Insurance Plc together with the WaH chief adviser, Mr Frank Udemgba paid a courtesy visit to Her excellency, first lady of Lagos State, Dr Mrs Ibijoke Sanwoolu to present a certificate of appreciation for her attendance at the last WaH conference held on June 19th, 2021 at the civic center.
The WaH initiative seeks to annually gather professional women to engage, network, and discuss pertinent issues that affect Nigerian women. This is in strong alignment with many Lagos state Govt programs that promote women empowerment.
One of the loose arms of the wah initiative is the 1k miracle group that has over 700 members and has donated over N40m in retail 1k donations to hospitals patients across the country with the gbagada general hospital being the main focus.
The first lady, applauded the initiative for its achievements over the period as it was an indication to her that the vision had exhibited a lot of focus and passion.
